Why can't I book the treatment I want?
Why certain treatments are not available to book directly
Quick answer: Some treatments require a clinician to assess you first before they can be booked. Once prescribed, they appear in your app under Prescribed Treatments.
Treatments that require prescription before booking:
- Crowns, bridges and veneers
- Dental implants
- Root canal therapy
- Periodontal (gum) therapy
- Splints and night guards
- Dentures
- Clear aligners
- Surgical wisdom tooth extractions
- Crowns, veneers, root canal, bridge, dentures: Clean and Check Up ($99) or Cosmetic Consultation ($99)
- Implants or All-on-4: Implant Consultation ($99 or complimentary) - 99 Implant Institute and Mango Hill only
- Wisdom tooth removal: Wisdom Tooth Extraction Consultation ($99)
