Why can I not book the treatment I want?

Quick answer: Most likely it needs a clinician to assess and prescribe it first. Our clinicians often need to complete a full assessment to recommend the treatment that is best for the patient's needs.

Treatments like crowns, veneers, implants, dentures and aligners depend on the condition of your teeth, gums and bone. Booking them without an examination would mean guessing, and sometimes the guess would be wrong.

Book the relevant consultation and your clinician will have a proper look before anything gets prescribed. That usually means x-rays, a good look at your teeth, gums and bone, and a real conversation about what is bothering you and what you would like to change. No rushing, no jargon.

From there they put together a plan built around you and what you actually need. You will leave knowing exactly what is involved and exactly what it costs, and the plan waits in your app until you are ready to book it. No pressure to decide on the spot.
