How to find your Dental 99 invoice in the app or by email
Quick answer: Your invoice is in the Dental 99 App under your appointment history, and also sent to your email once your clinician uploads their notes.
- Notes not yet in app: Wait - invoice is sent when notes are uploaded (usually within a few hours)
- Notes visible, no email invoice: Check junk or spam folder
- More than 24 hours, still no invoice: Email info@dental99.com.au
- Need it for health fund claim: The emailed invoice is itemised with all treatment codes - use that for your fund
