Quick answer: Your X-rays, treatment notes, and treatment plan are in the Dental 99 App under your appointment history.

1. Open the Dental 99 App
2. Go to your appointment history
3. Select the appointment
4. Your notes, X-rays, and treatment plan will appear here

• When will they appear?: Usually within a few hours of the appointment - sometimes by end of day
• Will I be notified?: Yes - you'll receive a push notification when records are uploaded
• Can I download X-rays?: Yes - you can download and share them with other providers from the app
• Still not there after 24 hours?: Email patientservices@dental99.com.au
