What should I do before my first appointment?

Quick answer: Three things in the app: check your details are current, complete your medical history, and add any allergies.

• Check your name, date of birth, phone number and email are correct
• Complete your medical history form in full, including any medication you take
• Add any allergies

Your clinician reads this before they treat you, so it needs to be accurate rather than quick. Medications and medical conditions can genuinely change what treatment is safe for you.

What you do not need to bring

You do not need photo ID, your health fund card, a written list of medications, or payment on the day. Your appointment is already paid for and your medical history is already with us.

Note: If you have x-rays or a referral letter from another practice, you are welcome to bring them, though they are not required.
