There are no available appointment times, what should I do?

Quick answer: Book the next available appointment that works for you, then join the waitlist for the time that works. If a cancellation frees that slot up, we will notify you straight away.

How the waitlist works

Booking a later appointment first means you have something secured, so you are not left with nothing while you wait for a better time to appear.

Then join the waitlist for the day or time you would prefer. Cancellations happen constantly, and when one matches what you are waiting for, you are notified immediately and can take it.

Other things worth trying

• Look at nearby clinics. Your records travel with your account, so any location works
• Try a different clinician. Availability varies a lot between them
