Escalate to human agent All refund requests must be escalated to the support team. Agents cannot approve or decline refunds. Refund decisions are made by Finance or Head of Operations only. What you need to provide
- Full name and phone number linked to account
- Date of treatment
- Description of the concern - what was expected versus what was delivered
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial treatment.
When refunds may be granted- Treatment was not performed to the expected standard of care
- Treatment could not be delivered as described (e.g. referral to specialist required)
- Treatment was performed competently but the patient is subjectively dissatisfied
- Patient changed their mind after treatment without a clinical reason
