I cannot log in to my account, what should I do?

Quick answer: Try a password reset first. If that does not work, start a chat with us and we will get you in.

Things to check

• You are using the email address your account was created with
• Your password is correct, use Forgot password to reset it
• The app is up to date in the App Store or Google Play

Tell us in chat. We do not want a login problem turning into a missed appointment.

Note: If you cannot check in on the day because of a login issue, go to the clinic anyway and start a chat with us. Do not turn around and go home.
