How much will my treatment cost, and can the price change?

Quick answer: The price you see when you book is the price you pay. It does not change afterwards.

Most practices quote after they have examined you, which means you find out the cost once you are already in the chair. We do it the other way round.

For general treatment

Every treatment you can book has a fixed price listed before you confirm. You pay it in the app and there is nothing further to settle.

For major treatment

Some treatments need a clinician to assess you first. After your consultation you get an itemised treatment plan showing exactly what each stage costs. You review it in your own time, and nothing goes ahead until you accept it and pay in the app.

Either way you know the exact cost before treatment starts. There is no version of this where you find out afterwards.

If the clinician finds something unexpected

They will explain what they have found and what it would cost. If it needs to be prescribed, it appears in your app for you to book when you are ready. Nothing is added to your bill without you agreeing to it first.
