How does my Dental 99 account credit work?

Quick answer: It sits on your account, can be applied at checkout, lasts 12 months and can be transferred to family or friends.

How it applies	Choose to apply it at checkout when you book
Expiry	12 months from the date it was credited
Where it comes from	Cancellation refunds, or credit issued when we cancel
Transferable	Yes, to linked family and friends from Profile > Credits > Credit Transfers. They accept it in their own app

Note: If your credit is close to expiring and you cannot use it, get in touch before it lapses rather than after.
