How does my account credit work?

Quick answer: You can use your account credit when you book. At checkout, choose to apply your credit and it will come off the total.

How it works
Where to find it: your balance shows at the top of the app home screen
How to use it: select your account credit at checkout when booking
Where it comes from: refunds from cancellations, or credit added if we need to cancel your appointment
Expiry: 12 months from the date it was added
Transferable: yes, link accounts with family or friends, then go to Profile > Credits > Credit Transfers. They accept it in their own app

Note: Your credit isn't applied automatically, so remember to select it at checkout if you'd like to use it.
