How do I update my personal details?

• Email, contact preferences: Update in app under Settings / Profile
• Medicare details: Tap menu () top right -> Update Profile
• Name, date of birth: Requires government-issued photo ID - contact the support team

Note: Name, date of birth, and phone number changes require photo ID verification to protect patient privacy and clinical accuracy.
