How do I update my personal details?

Quick answer: In the app or on the web, open your profile and go to your account details.

You can update your name, phone number, email address and postal address yourself. Changes apply immediately and affect your appointment reminders and account notifications.

Keep these current

Your phone number and email are how we reach you about appointments. If they are out of date you may not get reminders, and you will not receive password reset emails.

Note: Your medical history and allergies are updated separately in the medical history form. That one matters clinically, see our article on completing it.
