How do I reschedule my appointment?

Quick answer: Reschedule through the Dental 99 App. Go to Upcoming Appointments, select your booking, and tap Reschedule.

1. Open the Dental 99 App
2. Go to Upcoming Appointments
3. Select the booking you want to change
4. Tap Reschedule
5. Choose a new date, time and clinician
6. Your payment transfers automatically to the new booking (if rescheduled more than 24 hours before)

Note: If you reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment, the cancellation policy applies - a $50 late fee per treatment is deducted.
