How to access an invoice or receipt after a Dental 99 appointment
Quick answer: Your invoice is sent by email and is available in the Dental 99 App once your clinician uploads their appointment notes.
- Notes not yet in app: Wait - the invoice is sent when notes are uploaded. This usually happens within a few hours.
- Notes visible but no email: Check junk or spam folder.
- More than 24 hours, still no invoice: Email info@dental99.com.au
- Need it for a health fund claim: Use the itemised invoice from your app or email - it includes all item codes.
