How do I clean and store my night guard?

Quick answer: Rinse and brush it after each use, store it dry, and keep it away from heat.

• Rinse under cool water as soon as you take it out
• Brush gently with a soft toothbrush, no toothpaste, which scratches it
• Let it dry fully before putting it in its case
• Store it in its ventilated case, not in a sealed bag
• Keep it away from hot water, radiators and car dashboards, heat warps it

Deeper cleaning

Soak occasionally in a denture or night guard cleaning solution. Do not use bleach or boiling water.
