How do I claim on my health insurance after my appointment?
Step by step guide to claiming a health fund rebate after a Dental 99 appointment
- After your appointment, your invoice is sent by email and appears in the Dental 99 App
- Open your health fund's app or website
- Submit the itemised invoice and include the treatment item codes listed on it
- Your fund will process the rebate - most funds process within a few days
Note: Dental 99 does not process health fund claims in-clinic. There is no HICAPS terminal. All claims are done directly by the patient with their fund.
