How do I check in when I arrive?

How to check in for a Dental 99 appointment on arrival

Quick answer: Check in via the Dental 99 App or by scanning the QR code in the waiting area. There is no reception desk at any Dental 99 clinic.

  1. Arrive a few minutes before your appointment
  2. Open the Dental 99 App and tap Check In, OR
  3. Scan the QR code on the wall in the waiting area
  4. Your clinician will be notified and bring you in when ready

Note: Always remind patients before a first visit to arrive with the app installed and their device charged. If a patient arrives without access to the app, the clinical team can check them in manually.
