How do I check in when I arrive?

Quick answer: In the app, or by scanning the QR code in the waiting room. There is no reception desk.

Check in opens shortly before your appointment. Once you have checked in, take a seat and your clinician will come and get you.

Before you arrive

Make sure your medical history and allergies are up to date in the app. Your clinician relies on it, and doing it in advance means you are not filling in forms in the waiting room.

Note: If check in is not working, start a chat with us rather than waiting. We will get you checked in.
