How do I cancel my appointment?

Quick answer: In the app or on the website, under your appointments. It takes a few seconds.

  • Open the app or log in at dental99.com.au
  • Go to Appointments
  • Select the booking
  • Choose Cancel appointment

Cancelling more than 24 hours ahead returns the full amount to your account credit. Inside 24 hours a cancellation fee applies.

Note: If you might still be able to make it, consider rescheduling instead. Moving an appointment more than 24 hours ahead carries no fee.
