How do I cancel my appointment?

Quick answer: Cancel through the Dental 99 App. Go to Upcoming Appointments, select the booking, and tap Cancel.

• More than 24 hours before the appointment: Full payment returned to your Dental 99 account credit
• Less than 24 hours before the appointment: $50 late cancellation fee per treatment deducted. Remaining balance returned as account credit.

Note: Account credit expires after 12 months and can be used for any future Dental 99 booking.
