How do I book for my child or a family member?

Quick answer: Parents and guardians can book for children under 18 through their own Dental 99 App account.

1. Open the Dental 99 App
2. Start a new booking
3. Select 'Booking as a Parent / Guardian'
4. Enter the child's details when prompted
5. Complete and pay for the booking

• Booking for a child under 18: Select 'Booking as a Parent / Guardian' in the app
• Child is 18 or over: They must create their own account and book independently
• Child is eligible for CDBS: Enter their Medicare number when booking 

Note: Adults over 18 must use their own account for privacy and clinical accuracy.
