How do I book for my child or a family member?

Quick answer: Add them to your account first. Children under 16 are added as dependents, adults through linked accounts.

For children under 16

Add them as a dependent in the Dental 99 App. You can then book their appointments, complete their medical history and see their records alongside your own.

For adults

Send a linked account invitation from the app. Once they accept, you can book and pay for their appointments while they keep their own account.

Note: Linked accounts let you manage bookings and payments. They do not give you access to another adult’s medical history or clinical records, which stay private to them under privacy law.
