Can I visit a clinic without an appointment?

Quick answer: Unfortunately, no. All visits are booked in advance through the app or website. It only takes a minute, and booking ahead means your clinician has time set aside just for you, with no waiting around.

There is no reception desk and no waiting list for walk ins, so turning up without a booking means we will not be able to see you.
