Can I share my account with a family member?

Whether Dental 99 accounts can be shared between family members

Quick answer: No - each adult must have their own Dental 99 account. The app is your personal clinical record.

  • Booking for your own children under 18: Book through your own account - select 'Booking as a Parent / Guardian'
  • Partner or adult family member wanting to use Dental 99: They must create their own free account
  • Adult child (18+): Must have their own account - cannot use a parent's account

Note: Account sharing between adults is not possible. The app does not have a log-out function - this is by design to protect clinical records on personal devices.
