Can I get a copy of my records to take to another dentist?

If you are seeing another practice, for a second opinion, for a treatment we do not offer, or because you are moving on, take your records with you. Log in, open your profile, and download what you need.

No fee, no forms

Some practices charge a records transfer fee or take weeks to process a request. We do not, because we never held your records in the first place. They have been in your account the whole time.

If you want a second opinion

That is a completely reasonable thing to want and you do not need to explain yourself to us. Take your x-rays and notes to whoever you like. If they find something we missed or disagree with us, we would rather you knew.
