How to request or select a specific clinician at Dental 99
Quick answer: Yes - when booking in the app, you can filter by clinician name to see their available times.
- In the booking screen, select your preferred clinician from the filter options
- For follow-up appointments, the system will try to prioritise the same clinician where availability allows
- If your preferred clinician is unavailable, you can choose a different date or an alternative clinician
Note: Dental 99 uses a multi-disciplinary approach - different stages of complex treatment may be completed by different clinicians based on expertise and availability.
