What personal information do you hold about me?

Quick answer: All of it is in your account for you to look at whenever you want. We will not read it out over chat, for your protection rather than ours.

Log in to the app or the web and open your profile. You will find your contact details, medical history, allergies, appointment history, treatment records, clinical notes, x-rays and scans, and your invoices and receipts.

Why we will not go through it in a chat window

We have no way to be certain who is on the other end of a chat. Reading your medical history or contact details out to whoever is typing would be a poor way to look after your privacy. Your account sits behind your login, which is where that information belongs.

It is not that anything is withheld from you. It is that all of it is already yours, in a place only you can reach.

Updating anything

You can change your contact details, medical history and allergies yourself in your profile. Keeping your medical history and allergies current genuinely matters, because your clinician relies on it before treating you.
