What is your cancellation policy?

• Cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice: Full payment returned to Dental 99 account credit
• Cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice: $50 late cancellation fee per treatment deducted. Remaining balance returned as account credit.
• Missed appointment (no-show): $50 late cancellation fee per treatment deducted. Remaining balance returned as account credit.
• Clinic cancels the appointment: Patient chooses: full refund, full account credit, or reschedule. No fee applies.

Note: Account credit expires after 12 months. It is linked to the individual patient's account and cannot be transferred to another patient.
