# The app is not working properly, what should I do?

**Quick answer:** Update it, close it and reopen it, then restart your phone. If it is still failing, tell us what is happening.

- Check the App Store or Google Play for an update
- Fully close the app and reopen it
- Restart your phone
- Try logging in at dental99.com.au instead, which does the same things

## If it still will not work

Start a chat with us and tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and what phone you are using. That is usually enough for us to work out what is going on.

**Note:** If a problem with the app is stopping you booking, cancelling or checking in, tell us straight away so it does not turn into a fee.
