How long does my account credit last?

Quick answer: 12 months from the date it was credited, and it can be transferred to family or friends.

Your balance is shown at the top of the app home screen and is deducted automatically at checkout when you next book.

If you cannot use it in time

Transfer it to family or friends through the linked account feature in the app. Credit that is no use to you can still get someone else seen.

Note: If your credit is close to expiring and your circumstances have changed, get in touch before it lapses rather than after.
