# How do I reset my password?

**Quick answer:** Use Forgot password on the login screen. A reset link goes to your registered email address.

For security we cannot see or retrieve your existing password, so resetting is the only route. Check your junk folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.

**Note:** If the reset email is not arriving at all, the email address on your account may be out of date. Start a chat with us and we will help.
