Do I need to create an account to book?

Quick answer: Yes, and it is created as part of your first booking. It takes a couple of minutes.

Your account is how you see your appointments, your records and your receipts. It is set up while you make your first booking, either in the app or on the website, so there is no separate sign-up step, and it only takes a couple of minutes!

Once it exists you can book, reschedule, check in, view your x-rays and download receipts without contacting us at all. We believe in power to the patient, and having your own account is what gives you that. It is all about making your life simpler.
