Can I book over the phone?

Quick answer: All bookings happen in the app or on our website, so you can book any time, any place, without waiting on hold. It takes about a minute.

We have put everything into the app on purpose. You can see real availability, pick your clinic, your clinician and your time, and check the price before you confirm. No phone queue, no waiting for a callback, no being told someone will get back to you. Book at 11pm on a Sunday if that is when you have a spare minute.

It also means the team can stay focused on looking after patients rather than answering phones, which helps us keep prices where they are.

If you would rather talk to someone

Booking for someone who cannot manage it themselves

Add them to your account as a dependent, if under 16, or link accounts if they are an adult. You can then book on their behalf.
